A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental amount is required at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid, in full, six weeks prior to the start of the rental.
Entry time is 3 p.m. and departure 10 a.m. However if the property is free, entry and departure times are negotiable.
All linens, towels, gas and electricity etc are provided.
The house is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
Breakages are payable in full. Use of the property is at the hirer's own risk and no liability shall fall on the owner for injury to the occupants or for loss of personal property belonging to the occupants.
There is one allocated parking space with the property and additional visitor parking within the development.
We would be most grateful if you would leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
